They also work closely with our registered massage therapists and kinesiologists to maximize your outcomes and help you reach your fitness and well-being goals.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates combines the hands-on manual therapy skills of a physiotherapist with a system of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to assist in injury rehabilitation and management. Emphasis is placed on exercises that target core strength, posture, movement control, and breathing work. Sessions are one-on-one and customized to meet the needs of each individual. Kinesiology

Kinesiologists specialize in human movement. Kinesiologist are university educated and highly trained professionals who design and implement exercise programs related to human performance, ergonomics, occupational health and safety, and lifestyle management.

Jen is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for athletics and paddle sports. Being actively involved in sports, Jen is fascinated by human movement, recovery and performance. She believes that knowledge is empowerment and strives to pass this on to her patients, as knowing what to do and why along with manual therapy + therapeutic exercise are key for effective recovery. Her past experiences combined with formal training will help you restore function, and optimize movement. Terence’s approach to massage therapy emphasizes slow, firm myofascial compressions, while integrating aspects of Swedish & Thai style massage, trigger point therapy, active muscle release techniques, and relaxation massage.

He graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) in 2021. Since then, Terence has had extensive experience treating clients experiencing headaches, chronic neck & back pain, concussions, car-accident related injury, and running & cycling injuries. He encourages a ‘client-centred’ approach to massage therapy - where the client is in communication with the practitioner to determine the goals for their own session.
